Quelle est son organisation ? Quels services propose-t-elle \u00e0 ses adh\u00e9rents ? Comment cela se traduit-il pour les clients ?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019UNIS, un syndicat immobilier influent et \u00e0 taille humaine<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Une vision\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019UNIS repr\u00e9sente les int\u00e9r\u00eats des <\/span><b>professionnels de l\u2019immobilier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, qu\u2019ils soient ind\u00e9pendants, agents, gestionnaires locatifs , administrateurs de biens, experts ou promoteurs. Chacun peut se retrouver dans les valeurs de l\u2019organisation : authenticit\u00e9, simplicit\u00e9, respect et droiture. En effet, l\u2019<\/span><b>UNIS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> souhaite d\u00e9velopper une <\/span><b>vision diff\u00e9rente de l\u2019immobilier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> afin que chaque professionnel puisse assurer un r\u00f4le de <\/span><b>conseil <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">aupr\u00e8s des usagers. L\u2019objectif est de fournir les <\/span><b>formations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, conseils adapt\u00e9s pour que les clients qui souhaitent planifier un <\/span><b>projet immobilier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, quel qu\u2019il soit, soient conseill\u00e9s par de v\u00e9ritables <\/span><b>experts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Une voix<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019UNIS est membre du CNTGI, le Conseil National de la Transaction et de la Gestion Immobili\u00e8re. Le syndicat dispose de 2 places sur les 7 si\u00e8ges. Cette position lui permet de faire entendre une <\/span><b>voix importante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sur tous les sujets cruciaux du paysage immobilier. Ainsi, le syndicat se place en v\u00e9ritable <\/span><b>force de proposition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> aupr\u00e8s des instances officielles concernant les <\/span><b>r\u00e9flexions et enjeux de l\u2019immobilier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> en France.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019organisation nationale de l\u2019UNIS<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2009, l\u2019UNIS est un syndicat tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cent dans le monde de l&rsquo;immobilier. Le <\/span><b>premier syndicat de la gestion et de la r\u00e9novation immobili\u00e8re<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> repr\u00e9sente tout de m\u00eame plus de 20 000 salari\u00e9s sur tout le territoire fran\u00e7ais. L\u2019UNIS organise aussi de grands nombre de <\/span><b>d\u00e9jeuners d\u00e9bats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, sans oublier la remise du <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/innovation.unis-immo.fr\/\"><b>troph\u00e9e de l&rsquo;innovation<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Depuis 2017, l\u2019UNIS cherche par ce troph\u00e9e \u00e0 donner plus de visibilit\u00e9 aux acteurs et aux projets innovants dans l\u2019immobilier.
